By accessing or using HealthKoins (the "Service") — including the website at www.healthkoins.com and the HealthKoins mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HealthKoins is a health-rewards platform that syncs with fitness data from Android Health Connect, Apple Health, and compatible wearable devices to award virtual "HealthKoins" coins based on verified physical activity. Coins may be used within the app for leaderboards, challenges, achievements and social features. HealthKoins coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use HealthKoins. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately at customerservice@healthkoins.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Manipulate, spoof or falsify health or fitness data to gain coins fraudulently.
- Use automated scripts, bots or other means to artificially inflate activity metrics.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service.
- Upload or transmit malware, spam or any content that infringes third-party rights.
- Harass, abuse or harm other users through social features.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
6. Health Disclaimer
HealthKoins is a wellness engagement tool and is not a medical device, medical service or health professional. Data displayed in the app (steps, calories, sleep, etc.) is sourced from third-party fitness APIs and may not be clinically accurate. Do not rely on HealthKoins data for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified health professional before beginning any exercise programme.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Android Health Connect and Apple Health. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code comprising the Service are the exclusive property of HealthKoins or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Virtual Coins & Rewards
- HealthKoins coins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
- We reserve the right to adjust coin balances, rewards or programme rules at any time.
- Coins are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon account deletion or termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthKoins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed USD $100.
12. Modifications to the Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time; the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity or any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
